Batteries, liquids and fragile cargo: what to disclose

Cargo acceptance depends on the goods, packing, route and selected service. Share details before requesting collection.

Describe the product precisely

Share composition, intended use, packaging and quantities. For batteries, identify chemistry, capacity and whether they are standalone, packed with or installed in equipment. Send available technical documents for review.

Confirm acceptance before packing

Ask which safety data, test summaries, marks and packaging are required. Photos help describe fragile or oversized pieces. The operator must confirm the applicable requirements before cargo is handed over.

Plan the handling

Confirm upright orientation, stacking limits, access and lifting needs. Keep the quote subject to the reviewed cargo details; a calculation result does not establish acceptance or a safe loading plan.

Confirm receiving instructions with the team before sending goods or visiting.
