Describe the goods
Provide the product name, materials, intended use and relevant risks. Identify batteries, liquids, magnets, fragile surfaces and oversized pieces before discussing the route.
Measure the packed cargo
Share the number of packages and the external dimensions and gross weight of each package type. Product dimensions alone do not describe the space required in transport.
Define the handover
Name the pickup and delivery locations, ready date and receiving requirements. If a trade term is agreed, include its named place. Confirm what the quote includes before dispatch.
Confirm receiving instructions with the team before sending goods or visiting.
