Commercial invoice
Use consistent seller, buyer, goods descriptions, quantities, values and currency. State the agreed trade term and named place. Confirm the required invoice details with the destination broker.
Packing list
List package marks, contents, quantities, external dimensions and gross/net weights. Match the final packed cargo and invoice; identify pallets and non-stackable pieces separately.
Handover and release
Agree who supplies export information, transport instructions and importer details. Ask the team which originals, permits or product documents are required for the specific route before dispatch.
Confirm receiving instructions with the team before sending goods or visiting.
